Agentic workflows
Design workflows in Composer that coordinate AI tasks, human approvals, waits, decisions, retries and laboratory operations.
Knowledge infrastructure for modern laboratories
Ksterix Lab is building an AI-powered orchestration platform designed to connect laboratory instruments, scientific software, human expertise and intelligent agents through a unified execution architecture.
Currently in architecture validation and early development.
A unified architecture composed of complementary components.
Our vision
Biotechnology is becoming one of the defining scientific and technological fields of the coming decades. Yet laboratory workflows remain fragmented across instruments, scientific applications, data systems and manual decisions.
Ksterix Lab is being designed as an orchestration layer that allows these systems to collaborate through stable, vendor-independent contracts.
The platform
The architecture separates workflow orchestration, execution logic, operational knowledge and external system integration.
Design workflows in Composer that coordinate AI tasks, human approvals, waits, decisions, retries and laboratory operations.
Expose laboratory capabilities through canonical Skills rather than vendor-specific commands.
Apply policies, manage executions and coordinate laboratory resources through a unified runtime.
Maintain the best known operational state of the laboratory, including source, freshness and confidence.
Connect instruments, LIMS, scientific software and external systems without coupling workflows to a specific provider.
Design and validate workflows in a simulated environment before progressively connecting them to real laboratories.
We are not trying to replace scientists or specialized laboratory systems. We are building software that deserves to be used by them.
